Brief Biography

Luke Needleman is a dedicated trial attorney at CHASENBOSCOLO with a strong record of securing meaningful results for injury victims across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Known for his meticulous preparation and courtroom presence, Luke served as lead counsel in a 2025 jury trial in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, resulting in a $1.5 million verdict, demonstrating his ability to deliver powerful outcomes for his clients.

Luke concentrates his practice on personal injury claims, representing individuals and families injured in motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, unsafe property conditions, and other serious incidents, as well as wrongful death and survival actions and first-party insurance disputes. He is committed to helping clients navigate the aftermath of serious injuries while holding negligent parties accountable.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Outside the office, Luke values time with friends and family, stays active through fitness, and enjoys attending live sporting events. A proud native of the Baltimore area, he cheers for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and his alma mater, Penn State.
