Elizabeth Payne-Maddalena

Elizabeth Payne-Maddalena became a lawyer due to her love of fighting for those in need and making sure underdogs have their voices heard. She also credits the movie Erin Brockovich with inspiring her to enter the legal profession.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with majors in government and international affairs and psychology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. Elizabeth began practicing law in 2013 and joined CHASENBOSCOLO in June 2014.

Some of her proudest moments as an attorney resulted from successful resolutions in sexual assault cases and holding corporations liable for negligent business practices.

Elizabeth grew up in Purcellville, Virginia, but she’s a die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, hiking and barbecuing with her husband, Nick.
