Terri Leary knew she wanted to be an attorney as far back as grade school. While working as a legal secretary and paralegal, she saw the effects that legal decisions and counsel have on people’s lives. This experience only strengthened her desire to practice law.
She attended Worcester State University in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in 2008. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2011.
Terri enjoys explaining the legal process to her clients and showing them their potential outcomes based on their circumstances. She also strives to put herself in the shoes of people who are suffering to better understand how, as an attorney, she can help reduce their stress and anxiety.
In addition to her background as a legal secretary and paralegal, Terri also gained trial experience as a student prosecutor before receiving her license. Those experiences gave her the foundation and confidence she needed to begin her solo law practice before joining ChasenBoscolo.
In her free time, Terri enjoys playing volleyball and golf with her husband, attending Kansas City Royals games and rooting for the New York Yankees.
