Mike Herdman, Esquire

Attorney

Inspired to become an attorney by his father, who is also a lawyer, Mike Herdman values his role as a deterrent against people who injure innocent victims. It’s his goal to use the law to help his clients live better lives after they suffer life-changing injuries.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. He joined ChasenBoscolo in January 2016 and helps clients with their workers’ compensation cases.

One of his proudest legal accomplishments was securing a motorized scooter for a woman who suffered a severe spinal injury. The insurance company initially denied the request, but Mike persevered, and now his client endures less pain and has more freedom in her daily life.

In his free time, Mike enjoys biking, kayaking, running and spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
