Benjamin Boscolo has tried more than 150 jury trials in state and federal courts in Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has argued many cases and has changed and made laws in the highest appellate courts in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. He has tried thousands of cases before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and Washington, D.C., Office of Workers’ Compensation.
