Alicia graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Old Dominion University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Washington, D.C. and Virginia, Alicia is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia and American Constitution Society. She is also involved with the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project.
